By using Pharmatix software, website, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pharmatix provides pharmacy management software including POS, inventory, purchases, reports, and optional cloud features. Features depend on your subscription plan and enabled modules.
Access requires a valid license or activation key issued for your pharmacy. You are responsible for keeping activation credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You agree to use Pharmatix only for lawful pharmacy operations, to enter accurate business data, and not to attempt to bypass licensing, security, or usage limits.
You retain ownership of your pharmacy data. Where cloud backup or sync is enabled, data is processed according to your plan. You are responsible for maintaining local backups where required by your operations.
Desktop features are designed to work offline. Online features require internet connectivity and active subscription status. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects online services.
Pharmatix is provided as business software. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. You remain responsible for clinical, regulatory, and financial decisions made in your pharmacy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
